【摘  要】名言警句包括格言、谚语、成语、俗语等，它们凝结着人类的智慧。在英语教学中，教师要善于运用名言警句，创造和利用教学情境，提高课堂吸引力以及课堂效率。同时，利用名言警句可以培养学生优秀品格，激励他们树立正确的人生观、世界观，传递中国优秀文化。

【Abstract】Famous aphorisms include aphorisms， proverbs， idioms， Colloquialism ，etc. which condense human wisdom. In English teaching， teachers should be good at using famous aphorisms， create and use teaching situations， and improve classroom attractiveness and classroom efficiency. At the same time， the use of famous aphorisms can cultivate students' outstanding character， encourage them to establish a correct outlook on life and world， and pass on the excellent Chinese culture.
