初中生物分层合作教学模式的构建探析

【摘  要】目前，初中生物教师采用的教学模式比较传统，初中生物迫切希望在教学模式上得到突破，这就使分层合作教学模式成为关注点。该教学模式可解决传统教学模式下初中生物中的各类问题，具有很高的应用价值。为了让分层合作教学模式融入初中生物教学，本文将重点分析该模式在教学中的构建方法。

【Abstract】At present， the teaching mode adopted by junior high school biology teachers is relatively traditional， and junior high school biology is eager to make a breakthrough in the teaching mode， which makes the hierarchical cooperative teaching mode a focus. This teaching mode can solve various problems in junior high school biology under the traditional teaching mode， and has high application value. In order to integrate the hierarchical cooperative teaching model into junior high school biology teaching， this article will focus on analyzing the construction method of this model in teaching.

一、分层合作教学模式概述

分层合作教学模式在基本概念上可以分为两个部分来解读，其一“分层”，分层是以学生知识水平为基础，根据这些信息将学生分为多个层次，再将不同层次的学生集中形成一个小组，随后在教学要求、教学辅导、教学检测、教学内容等多个方面依照学生分层结果也进行分层;其二“合作”，在分层基础上，教师要提出一个综合性的学习主题，让不同小组内的学生围绕学习主题进行合作学习，其中发挥高层次学生的“带领”作用，让其帮助低层次的学生学习，这样可以让低层次学生向高层次不断迈进。（剩余2418字）
