浅谈如何加强小学教学管理的有效性

【摘  要】随着社会经济的发展，人们对于教育质量的要求也在不断提升，尤其越来越重视对小学教学管理水平的提升。笔者根据自己的管理经验，对如何加强小学教育管理的有效性展开了论述，希望给以后的小学教学管理提供一些参考。

【Abstract】With the development of social economy， people's requirements for the quality of education are constantly improving， especially the improvement of the level of teaching management in elementary schools. Based on my own management experience， the author discussed how to strengthen the effectiveness of primary school education management， hoping to provide some references for future primary school teaching management.
