Research Progress on the Detection Method of Clenbuterol in Animal-Derived Foods

Abstract: This article reviews the latest research progress in the detection of clenbuterol in animal-derived foods, mainly involving chromatography, immunoassay and biosensor method. These methods have advantages and disadvantages in terms of selectivity, sensitivity, detection limits, and operability, and the expanded analysis can help provide a variety of options for the detection of clenbuterol residues in animal-derived foods.
