紫外可见分光光度计在食品检测中的应用探讨

摘 要：紫外可见分光光度计凭借操作简便、分析速度快、灵敏度高、重复性好等特点，在食品检测领域发挥着重要作用，为食品质量安全控制提供了可靠的技术支持。本文简要介绍紫外可见分光光度计的工作原理和应用优势，重点阐述其在食品添加剂定性定量分析、营养成分测定、食品污染物检测以及食品真伪鉴别等方面的应用。

Exploration of the Application of Ultraviolet Visible Spectrophotometer in Food Detection

Abstract： Ultraviolet visible spectrophotometer plays an important role in the field of food detection by virtue of its simple operation， fast analysis speed， high sensitivity and good repeatability， and provides reliable technical support for food quality and safety control. This paper briefly introduces the working principle and application advantages of ultraviolet visible spectrophotometer， and focuses on its application in the qualitative and quantitative analysis of food additives， the determination of nutrients， the detection of food contaminants and the identification of food authenticity.
