Influencing Factors and Improvement Measures for Food Microbiological Testing Quality Control

Abstract: Food microbiological testing is one of the important means to ensure food safety. This article summarizes the main contents, indicators and characteristics of microbiological testing, discusses the factors affecting the quality control of food microbiological testing, and puts forward corresponding quality control measures in order to promote the improvement of the quality control level of food microbiological testing and better ensure the food safety of consumers.
