基于供应链视角的食品安全管理策略探究
——以山东省D市K区为例

摘 要:本文分析山东省D市K区食品供应链现状,指出原料供应、生产加工、仓储物流和销售环节存在的问题,以某知名企业为例介绍成功管理模式与成效,并基于供应链视角提出食品安全管理策略,如强化供应链各环节管控、完善食品安全监管体系、推动企业与社会协同共治等,为食品安全管理提供新思路。

Exploration of Food Safety Management Strategies from the Perspective of Supply Chain

Abstract: This paper analyzes the current situation of food supply chain in K district of D city in Shandong province, points out the problems existing in the raw material supply, production and processing, warehousing and logistics, and sales links, takes a well-known enterprise as an example to introduce the successful management model and achievements, and puts forward food safety management strategies from the perspective of supply chain, such as strengthening the control of each link of the supply chain, improving the food safety supervision system, and promoting the coordinated governance of enterprises and society, to provide new ideas for food safety management.
