高校食堂经营模式对学生就餐满意度的影响研究

摘 要:本文以北京4所公立高校食堂经营模式为例,分析不同经营模式对学生就餐满意度的影响,对存在的问题进行剖析,并提出具体的改进措施,旨在为高校食堂管理工作的开展提供依据,进而推动高校后勤服务向现代化和市场化方向发展。

Study on the Impact of Operation Modes of University Canteens on Students’ Dining Satisfaction

Abstract: This paper takes the operation modes of four public university canteens in Beijing as examples to analyze impact of different operation modes on student’ dining satisfaction, analyzes the existing problems, and proposes specific improvement measures, aiming to provide a basis for the management of university canteens, and further promote the development of university logistics services in the direction of modernization and marketization.
