威海市农产品质量安全监管现状及优化路径分析

摘 要：农产品质量安全监管是保障食品安全的重要环节。本文以威海市为研究对象，分析了其农产品质量安全监管现状，指出了监管资源配置不均衡、部门协同监管效能不高等问题，并从优化监管资源配置体系、提升部门协同监管效能等方面提出了具体优化路径，以期为提升农产品质量安全监管水平提供参考。

Analysis on the Current Situation and Optimization Path of Agricultural Product Quality and Safety Supervision in

Weihai City

Abstract： Agricultural product quality and safety supervision is a crucial link in ensuring food safety. Taking Weihai city as the research object， this paper analyzes the current situation of agricultural product quality and safety supervision， points out problems such as unbalanced allocation of regulatory resources and low efficiency of departmental collaborative supervision， and proposes specific optimization paths from aspects such as optimizing the regulatory resource allocation system and improving the efficiency of departmental collaborative supervision， aiming to provide reference for improving the level of agricultural product quality and safety supervision.
