高效液相色谱技术在粮油检测中的应用

摘 要：本文对高效液相色谱技术进行简要概述，探讨该技术在粮油食品真菌毒素、食用油抗氧化剂、食用油维生素、面粉增白剂、植物油质量评价方面的具体应用。通过结合检测实际，提出规范仪器操作与维护、加强样品的处理管控的有效策略，以提高粮油食品检测结果的准确性。

Application of High Performance Liquid Chromatography in Grain and Oil Detection

Abstract： In this paper， high performance liquid chromatography （HPLC） technology was briefly reviewed， and its application in the quality evaluation of grain， oil and food mycotoxins， edible oil antioxidants， edible oil vitamins， flour whitening agents and vegetable oils was discussed. By combining the testing practice， the effective strategies of standardizing instrument operation and maintenance and strengthening sample handling and control were put forward to improve the accuracy of grain， oil and food testing results.
