摘 要:本文简要介绍液质联用技术的原理、特点及液质联用系统的组成,并重点论述该技术在食品中不同种类兽药残留检测中的具体应用情况,如抗生素类、激素类、驱虫药类等,旨在为食品兽药残留检测工作的开展提供技术支持和经验借鉴。

Study on the Application of Liquid Chromatography-Mass Spectrometry Technology in the Detection of Veterinary Drug Residues in Food

Abstract: This paper briefly introduces the principle, characteristics of liquid chromatography-mass spectrometry technology and the composition of liquid chromatography-mass spectrometry system, and focuses on the specific application of this technology in the detection of different kinds of veterinary drug residues in food, such as antibiotics, hormones, deworming drugs, etc., in order to provide technical support and experience reference for the detection of veterinary drug residues in food.
