摘 要:针对粮油食品加工过程中存在的诸多问题,本文从粮油食品加工技术的现状出发,提出优化原料预处理、精准控制加工过程核心环节以及合理选择包装与储存技术的策略,旨在为粮油食品加工企业提供切实可行的技术改进方案,以提升食品安全水平,增强消费者对粮油食品的信任度。

Application Strategy of Grain, Oil and Food Processing Technology in Food Safety Assurance

Abstract: Starting from the current situation of grain and oil food processing technology, this article proposes strategies to optimize raw material pretreatment, accurately control the core links of the processing process, and reasonably select packaging and storage technologies to address the many problems in the process of grain and oil food processing. The aim is to provide practical and feasible technical improvement solutions for grain and oil food processing enterprises to enhance food safety levels and increase consumer trust in grain and oil food.
