高效液相色谱法测定葡萄酒中8种着色剂

摘 要：本文采用高效液相色谱法测定葡萄酒中8种着色剂。结果表明，方法的线性关系良好，检出限均为0.01 mg·L-1，定量限均为0.03 mg·L-1，平均回收率在88.5%～115.2%，相对标准偏差在2.9%～6.3%。

Determination of 8 Colorants in Wine by High Performance Liquid Chromatography

Abstract： In this paper， 8 kinds of colorants in wine were determined by high performance liquid chromatography. The results showed that the linear relationship was good. The limits of detection were 0.01 mg·L-1， the limits of quantitation were 0.03 mg·L-1， the average recoveries were 88.5%～115.2%， and the relative standard deviations were 2.9%～6.3%.
