摘 要:本文阐述了食品溯源系统在源头管控、过程监控、流向追踪和消费端保障等方面的重要功能,分析了当前食品溯源系统应用面临的数据采集难度大、建设和运营成本较高及复合型食品溯源管理人才短缺等挑战,提出统一数据采集标准、加大资金投入以及加强食品溯源人员综合素养培训的措施,提升了食品溯源系统的应用效果。

Discussion on the Role of Food Traceability System in Ensuring Food Safety

Abstract: This article elaborates on the important functions of the food traceability system in source control, process monitoring, flow tracing, and consumer protection. It analyzes the challenges faced by the current application of the food traceability system, such as the difficulty of data collection, high construction and operation costs, and shortage of talent in complex food traceability management. Measures are proposed to unify data collection standards, increase funding investment, and strengthen the comprehensive literacy training of food traceability personnel, thereby improving the application effectiveness of the food traceability system.
