食品非法添加化学成分检测技术研究

摘 要：本文以工业染料类、非食用添加剂类、药物残留类等食品非法添加化学成分为切入点，分析了化学成分非法添加的场景及其对人体的危害，深入探讨了光谱分析法、色谱分析法、免疫分析法和生物传感器法等检测技术的检测原理以及优缺点，旨在为保障食品安全提供有力的技术支撑。

Research on the Detection Technology of Illegally Added Chemical Components in Food

Abstract： Taking the illegally added chemical components in food， such as industrial dyes， non-edible additives， and drug residues as the starting point， this paper analyzes the illegal addition of chemical components scenarios and the harm to human body. Moreover， it deeply discusses the detection principles as well as the advantages and disadvantages of detection techniques including spectral analysis， chromatographic analysis， immunoassay， and biosensor method， aiming to provide strong technical support for ensuring food safety.
