Abstract: Gas chromatography-mass spectrometry has the characteristics of high efficiency separation and simultaneous detection of multiple components, and has great application potential in the field of pesticide residue detection in food. This paper focuses on the application of gas chromatography-mass spectrometry technology in the detection of food pesticide residues and practical application cases, to provide reference and technical support for the detection of food pesticide residues.
