食品微生物检测技术在餐饮行业中的应用
摘 要:本文分析了餐饮行业开展食品微生物检测在预防食源性疾病、监控加工质量以及维护行业形象等方面的重要性。分析认为,目前餐饮行业各环节虽应用了微生物检测技术,但仍存在不足。基于此,提出加强技术创新研发、科学制订检测策略、完善设备维护制度和加强人员培训体系等措施建议,以推动餐饮行业的健康发展。

The Application of Food Microorganism Detection Technology in the Catering Industry

Abstract: This paper analyzes the importance of food microbiological testing in the catering industry to prevent food-borne diseases, monitor processing quality and maintain industry image. According to the analysis, although microbial detection technology has been applied in all aspects of the catering industry at present, there are still shortcomings. Based on this, measures and suggestions such as strengthen technological innovation research and development, scientifically formulate testing strategies, improve equipment maintenance system and strengthen personnel training system are proposed, in order to promote the healthy development of the catering industry.
