摘 要:本文分析了气相色谱法在食用菌农药残留检测中的应用现状,探讨了检测中存在的问题,包括样品前处理复杂、设备维护要求高、检测人员能力不足等。并针对这些问题提出优化前处理方式、合理选择并维护设备、加强人员培训等措施,旨在提升气相色谱法在食用菌农药残留检测中的准确性和可靠性。

Research on the Application of Gas Chromatography in the Detection of Pesticide Residues in Edible Fungi

Abstract: This article analyzes the current application status of gas chromatography in the detection of pesticide residues in edible fungi, explores the problems existing in the detection, including complex sample pretreatment, high equipment maintenance requirements, and insufficient testing personnel capabilities. In response to these problems, measures such as optimizing pretreatment methods, selecting and maintaining equipment reasonably, and strengthening personnel training are proposed to improve the accuracy and reliability of gas chromatography in the detection of pesticide residues in edible fungi.
