【Abstract】The automobile industry is facing a critical stage of change，and the new energy vehicle industry is regardedasanimportantdevelopmentdirectionoftheautomobileinthefuturedue tothegradualattentiontosustainable development and environmental protection around the world.Thenew energy vehicle industry chain involves multiple links，and the demand for talentspresents diversified characteristics.From the perspectiveof profesionalcore literacy， this paperdiscusses thecountermeasures for thecultivationof talents in thenew energy vehicle industry chain，aiming to accuratelydeliver talentsforthenewenergy vehicle industry，helpthe industrybreak through thetalent botleneck，and achieve high-speed and steady development.
