【Abstract】The performance optimizationof electric vehicle powertrain is a decisive factor to improve the effciency of the whole vehicle,and its key lies in thesynergistic developmentof motor controlerand batery technology.The key lies in thesynergisticdevelopment of motorcontrollerandbattery technology.The motorcontroller enhances dynamic responseand efficiency through model predictive control(MPC)and silicon carbide devices,and the modularized designenhances theadaptabilityof mass production;whereas the batery technology integrates highnickelternaryanode, silicon carbon anodeandsolid electrolyte to break through the limit of energy density,and issupplemented with BMS intelligentpredictionandsplitfastcharging architecturetoensurethesafetyand longevity.Thispaper discusses the synergistic pathofmotorcontrollerandbattery technology,inorder toprovide theoreticalsupportfortheficient integration and sustainable development of electric vehicle power system.
