【Abstract】This paper focuses on the CC system of vehicle cruise system.In view of the wide application of cruise function in passengercarsand commercial vehiclesand its basic role in advanced driver asistance systems,the importanceofits functional safety isemphasized.Basedon ISO 26262 functional safety standard,the input signal of CC system and its interaction with ACCand PCC system are designed for functional safety.Intheconcept stage,through the hazard analysis and safety asssmentof CC system,the ASIL safety grade is scored by using three parameters: severity S,exposure probabilityEand controlability C,soas to determine the safety goal.Aiming atthesafetygoalof "exit CC immediately incaseof abnormal situation",FMEAanalysis method isadopted todevelop functional safetyrequirements from many aspects such asoperation mode and fault tolerance time interval.Although the process and method described inthis paperonly lists thecorelation analysisof the keysignalsoftheCCsystem,itprovides animportantreference for thefunctional safetyassrance oftheautomotive electronicand electrical system,and helps to systematically sortout the safety risks and formulate effective failure modes and treatment measures.
