【Abstract】 The deep integration of artificial intelligence，5G communication and new energy technology has reconstructedthevaluedistribution logicofthetraditional automobileindustry chain.Asthe basic supportfieldof vehicle electronic architecture，the automobileelectrical appliance industry faces the pressre of systematic change in its technologyand business model.The high-power on-boardcomputing platform drives theevolution of electrical systems fromsingle functional modules to inteligent interactive nodes，and collaborative innovations invehicle gaugesensors, domain controllers，and energy management systems accelerate hardware standardization and software-defined vehicle processes.In viewof this，the paper discusses thevalue chain reconstruction mechanism of automotive electrical industry caused byintellgentnetwork technology，inorder toprovideatheoreticalbasis forindustrial transformationandupgrading.
