【Abstract】The rapid development of new energy vehicles has put forward higher requirements for the performance of powerbatteries，and theperformance detectionof power batteries isa key link to ensure their safe，reliableand efcient operation.At present，therearesignificant diferences in the testing standardsand technologiesof power bateriesat homeand abroad，and the development of high-precision，inteligentand green detection technology providesanew direction for industryoptimization.Therefore，this paper discusss the standardized processoptimization of power bateryperformance testingandthe application of emerging testing technologies，inorder to promote the standardized and innovative development of testing technologyandprovide technical supportfor the sustainable development of the new energy vehicle industry.
