【Abstract】 In the face of the current detection and maintenance of new energy vehicles,many repairmen do not understand thecontrol principleofthebottom layer ofnewenergy vehiclemaintenanceandthe existenceof high voltage of vehicles,and do notdare torepair.Thispaper takesthefailureoflow-voltagechargingofa 2021-model Volkswagen ID.4 pure electric model as an example.Based on the previous maintenance experience,through theanalysis of the lowvoltage power supplysystem componentsof thismodelandthe working principleof thelow-voltagepower-on process, step bystep inspection,thecauseandfault pointof the low-voltage non-charging faultarefinallfound,and the fault is eliminated.The maintenance idea,fault analysisandtroubleshooting processof thefaultaresummarized forreference.
