【Abstract】This paper conductsan in-depth analysisof theacceleration failure of a 2O16 FAW-Volkswagen Sagita 1.4T sedan.Thecar'sengine idledafter starting，theESPand EPC fault lightson thedashboard litup，and the acceleration was weak during driving.Through theanalysis of the fault phenomenon，the discussion of the working principleoftheelectronic throtlecontrol systemandaseriesofdetectionsteps，itis finallydetermined thatthefault is thefault ofthe throtledriver Anglesensor1signallineof the throttlecontrolunit J338tothe harnessof theengine controlunit J623.After repairing the wiring harness，the performance of the vehicle power system can be restored.
