【Abstract】 With the popularization of intelligent driving technology，the problem of abnormal performance and hardware damage caused by high temperature of multi-function Front Camera Module（FCM）has become increasingly prominent.This paper proposesan overtemperature detectionand alarmsystem based on temperature threshold judgment，which monitors the temperatureof MCUand SOCchip in thecamera module in realtime，andadjusts the working state of chip dynamicallycombinedwith wheel speedsignal，soas to avoid thesecurityriskscaused by overtemperature.The system design includes the detection logicoffirst power-onand normaloperation，and realizes the real-time transmission and alarmoffault signalthrough CAN bus.Theexperimental results showthat the system can efctivelyreducethefailurerateofFCMunder high temperatureenvironmentandensure thereliabilityof intelligent driving function.
