Development and Optimization of a HVDC Contactor Structure

【Abstract】Based on the structure and processof a HVDC contactor,the mechanical stress of auxiliary shrapnel andauxiliarypuller,thedistributionof magnetic fieldlines inthestateof magneticcircuit drawing,and thedirectionof magnetic field lines of thearcquenching structure inthe magneticfieldareanalyzedby simulation technology.At the same time,DOE verification of contact structure and inflation pressure was carried out,circuit boards with PWM power were optimized,and epoxyglue curing processwas explored.On this basis,a HVDC contactor with high performance andhighreliability has beensuccesfullydeveloped toachieve non-polarityof theloadand non-polarityof hecoil external power supply,which meets the user'sconvenience.After rigorous testing,the product successfully pased the type testand national 3C certification.This research,combined with theoretical basisand application experience,has important engineering value for designing and optimizing the performance of HVDC contactors.
