【Abstract】 As the core component of vehicle safety performance,the braking system's working efciency directly determines the vehicle's driving reliabilityand emergencybraking ability.As the basic parameterof brake actuating unit, the stabilityofbrakeclearance directlyafects the transmission eficiencyand thermaldecaycharacteristicsofbrakeforce, while thegapimbalance caused bythe traditional mechanical adjustment mechanism hasbecome a key bottleneck restricting thelong-periodbrakingperformance of heavy-duty vehiclesdue to response lagand insuficient precision. Therefore,this paper conducts a systematic studyon the core technical dificultiesof the adaptiveadjustment mechanism, in orderto build an intelligent adjustment system with dynamic response and wear prediction capabilities,and providea theoretical basis for improving the life-cycle performance of commercial vehicle braking systems.

0 引言

制动器间隙参数的精准控制直接关联着鼓式制动系统的作动效率与热管理性能,当蹄鼓间隙偏差超过 0.3mm 时,制动延迟时间将呈非线性增长,此现象在长下坡等持续制动工况下将加剧衰退效应。(剩余4949字)
