【Abstract】Because the traditional asynchronous voltageconverter has low efficiencyand high thermal load,the higher priceof synchronous voltage converter ismore favored in many electronic products.Synchronous voltagereduction converterasa form of eficient Buck switch power in switching power design has greater development prospects,this paper discusses the L6983CQTR in DC-DCconverter has broader input voltage range and the highest upto 3 aoutput curent,thelightloadconditionscan maintain higheficiency,andthechip internal integrated high sideand low side MOSFET switch,can savea lot of external components,the design is more simple and practical.This article mainly introduces thepin role of L6983CQTR,analyzes how to use thechip to PWM signal and Buck DC-DC circuit, discuses how to simplyuse ST eDesignSuite to design the switch power supply,and selects the appropriate external components through calculation.
