【Abstract】 The effcts of process parameters such as degassing time，amount of refining agent and gas type on the qualityof liquidaluminum were investigatedthrough systematictests.Based on the test data，thequantitative relationship model between the process parameters and thequality indexof liquid aluminum was established to provide theoretical basis for the optimization of aluminum alloy melting process.
