【Abstract】 With the development of automobileinteligence and network connection,the load of automobile electrical apliances is increasing,which posesagreat challenge to the control of vehicle staticcurrent.Inactual use, frequent battery lossoccurs in vehicles,which leads toabnormal start and por customer experience.This paper studies thestatic currentcontrolof vehicles from multiple dimensions,including thestatic current control objectives, implementation methods,back-upstrategies,factorydetection methods,etc.In particular,the study focuseson how to achieve 100% inspection of static current in the vehicle factory,so as to ensure that the vehicles delivered to customers notonly functionnormall,butalso timely troubleshot staticcurrent anomalies,andefectivelyimprove productquality and customer satisfaction.
