【Abstract】 Thecompetition in the automotive industry is intensifying，and the cost pressure faced by manufacturers is increasing.Costreduction through lean management isacrucial task inresearch and development design.This research paper presents an optimization of therear license plate light structure，reducing the design from two license plate lights toone，whileensuring thatthe lighting and photometricrequirementsare met，thereby saving on vehicle costs.
