【Abstract】 As high-end equipment manufacturing rapidly advances towards intelligence and precision, the machining accuracy requirements for automotive transmision shaft components have entered the sub-micron stage, imposingalmost stringentdemandsonthestabilityandreliabilityof machining equipment.Globally,frequent industrial chaindisruptionscaused byequipment malfunctions highlight technical botlenecks inequipment health management, particularly in dynamic condition adaptabilityand deepunderstanding offailure mechanisms.This paperdelves into the dynamic failure mechanismsof high-end CNC machinesundervariable operating conditionsand explores collaborative optimization maintenance strategies,aiming to establish an intelligent maintenance system with multidimensional state perception capabilities and autonomous decision-making levels.
