【Abstract】 With the rapid development of new energy vehicles，the maintenance technology for high-voltage electrical equipmenthasgained significantatention from the industry.This paper examines thecharacteristicsof highvoltage electrical systems in new energyvehicles，analyzes and summarizes common faults in the electric drive system and charging system，proposes systematic maintenance strategies，and establishes a comprehensive protection network system from training and certificationof maintenance personnel tointellgent tol managementand environmental monitoring.Thiseffectively ensures a full-chainsolution from fault detection tosafety protection，aiming toprovide strong support for improving service quality in the post-market environment of new energy vehicles.
