Analysis of Mechanical Design and Manufacturing Process of Automobile Chassis Structur

【Abstract】The vehicle chassis is the supporting frame of the vehicle,carrying all componentsand transmiting motionand force.Its structural designand manufacturing process directly affect the safety,comfort,handling performanceand production cost of thevehicle.Starting from thefunctionand compositionof the chassis,the paper deeplyanalyzes the bearing functionof thechasis,the frame structure,and the functional requirementsof the main components.The technological processofchasis manufacturing isdiscussed,and theoptimizationstrategy incurrent automotive chassis structure design isanalyzed.Theresearch shows that through the optimization of material selection, structural mechanicsanalysisand the integrationof manufacturing processes,the performance and manufacturing effciency of thechassiscan besignificantly improved to meet thesafety,environmental protectionand economic requirements of modern vehicles.
