【Abstract】Based on the functional safety test requirements definedby ISO 26262:2018 standard,this article takes a platform of passenger car SUV,which carres on the One Box type brake by wire system,as an example to analyzethehazard and define the safetyobjectives.Basedon the architecture of One Box typeof brake system,analyzed the potential failure modes,and formulatedthecoresponding testcases,then builtasetof brakevalidationand test system.Nexton the real vehicle,thesafety mechanism of the braking system bysingle point fault injection method.The testresults show that the validationsystem and test casesand method could efectively verifythe brakesystem functional safety,and evaluate the brake system performance when functions degraded.

0 引言
汽车底盘制动控制系统是汽车制动安全性、智能化驾驶辅助的关键系统之一,在制动系统零部件电子化、高度集成化、智能化为驾驶员带来便利性和辅助性的同时,系统发生失效时对驾驶员、乘员、行人带来的危害也越来越严重。(剩余5933字)
