【Abstract】This paper aims to discussthe quality control strategy of wire and cable,and put forward an ffective management method to meet the needs ofthe industry.Based onthe analysisofthe existing safety standards of new energyvehicles,combined with the performancerequirements of wireandcable,the safety functionsand control challenges of wireandcablein new energy vehiclesare studied.Byusing literature analysisandcase study,the quality control methodsof wireandcableare deplydiscussed,and aqualitycontrolframework that meets thesafety standards of newenergyvehiclesisproposed.Through the introductionof keytechnologiesand theappicationof intelligent systems,themonitoring of production processandthe quality stabilityof productsareimproved.Theresultsshow that theperfectqualitycontrol systemandtheapplicationof intelligent technology efectively improve the safetyandreliability of wire and cable,and provide a guarantee for the safe operation of new energy vehicles.
