【Abstract】 The working environment of equipment inteligent manufacturing robot arm ischangeable, the processing path planning iscomplicated,theenergyconsumption is high,thecontrol error is relatively large,and the expected control efect cannot beachieved.Therefore,the machining path control of equipment intellgent manufacturing robotarmbasedon bigdatais proposed.Amulti-objective function was established with theaimof minimum energyand shortesttotal pathof therobotarm,andamathematical modelof themachining pathoftherobotarmfor intelligent equipment manufacturing was constructed with the joint rotation angle and machining speed as constraints.Based on big data technology,themachining pathof themanipulator issimulatedandoptimized,andtheoptimalcontrol quantity conforming to the objective functionandconstraint conditions issolved torealizethe machining path control.The experimental results show that the control error of the design method is ±0.01m ,which effectively realizes the precise control of the machining path of the equipment intelligent manufacturing robot arm.
