汽车用永磁无刷直流电机的电磁及热分析

【Abstract】 In view of the wide application of brushless DC motors in automobiles,this paper uses finite element software Ansofttocarryout electromagnetic designand simulationanalysisof the motors.The simulationresultsare basicallyconsistent with theexperimentaldata,whichcan efectivelyverifythescientificityof thedesignand analysis methods.Because thevehicle motor is limited by volume,its temperature rise indexseriously affects the basic parameters of the motor.On the basis of calculating the motorloss,the paper applies the software Fluentto simulate the three-dmensional temperature rise distributionofthe motoranddetermine the highest pointof temperaturerise,which has important engineering practicability for the design of electromagnetic and cooling systems of similar motors.
