Research on the Development Characteristics Color Cognition in Preschool Painting Activities

Abstract：With thedeepening preschooleducationreformin China，theimportancecultivatingchildren'sartistcliteracy is increasinglyprominent.The study focusesonthedevelopmentallawscolorcognitioninchildren'spaintingactivities， systematicallrevealingitsstagecharacteristicsandinternal mechanisms.Researchhasfoundthatchildren'scolorcognition presents a progressvedevelopment frombasic recognition tomultidimensional perception： intheearlystage（2-3yearsold），a primarycolorrecognitionsystemisestablishedthroughconcreteobjects，inthemiddlestage（4-5yearsold），graduallmastering therulescolormixingandformingcoloratributecognition，andinthelaterstage（5-6yearsold），theycancompreesively use hue，brightness，ndsaturationforemotionalexpresion.Researchhasshownthatcolorselectionhasadyamicemotional tendency，withwarmtones tenused forexpressingpositiveemotions，whilecooltones are mapped tocalmorconflicting moods.Based on the above findings，the study proposes a promotion strategy that combines environmental immersion with gamified teaching.Bycreating multi-dimensionalcolor interaction scenes and designing embodied cognitive activities，it effectively enhanceschildren'scolor decodingabilityand aesthetic literacy.
