Abstract：Painting therapy isoneof themostcommonlyused psychologicaltreatment methods inrecentyears.Compared to conventionalpsychologicaltreatments，paintingtherapyleveragesartisticimageryandvisualsymbolstofacilitatepsyhological healing.This approachprovides patients with more communicationand expresionoptions，enablingthem to beter vent their emotions andconvey their needs.Given itsartistic nature，color systems areacore element in painting therapy.According to color psychologydiferentcolorsystemsevokevariousemotionalresponsesandpsychologicalsuggestions，whichanhelp regulateemotionsandaidinpsychologicaltherapy.Thisarticleanalyzesthetheoreticalapplicationanddevelopmentprosof colorsystemsinpainting therapy，and proposes strategiesfortheiruse，aiming toprovideareferenceand insprationforfuture research in this field.
