Abstract：Againstthebackdropof globalization，the modernreinterpretationof traditional patterns is pivotal for cultural inheritance.This study establishesa systematic methodology for ilustration design by proposing a three-dimesional framework—"Style Appropriation， Element Layering， Color Resonance"- grounded in semiotic theory. The framework's eficacyisempiicallvalidatedthroughthePaintedSurfacesilustrationseries.Teresearchdeconstructsthedualatributesof traditionalpates："fo"（signifier）and"meaning"（signified），extractingclassicpattesfromhandicraft，sagendpting arts.The framework guides the design proess from pattern deconstruction toillustrationreconstruction.Empirical analysis confirmsitsefectivenessinabstractingculturalesence，recombiningvisualunits，andawakeningemotionalmemorythereby enhancing audiences’culturalrecognition.Comparativecasestudies further clarifyitsdifferentiated inovationpathof"retaining thesemanticcoreofpaters."Thestudydemonstrates thatthisthre-dimensionalframeworkprovidesareusablemethodological template for moderndesign applicationsof traditional paterns，while suggesting future integration of AI technology and interdisciplinary approachesto expand its boundaries.
