Abstract： Color teaching serves as avital educational tool inspecialeducation， with itsunique psychological adjustment functions contributing positivelyto the mental health developmentofchildren withspecialneeds.This paper examines the psychologicaladjustment mechanismsofcolor teachingacross fourdimensions：emotionalregulation，cognitivedevelopment， socialkilldsctiorcticalateeseodgeacieloacngpt cooperativelearning，andexpressveinstruction，to provide both theoreticaland practical guidanceforspecial education practitioners.
