Abstract： This paper explores the deep connection between color symbolism and craft execution in Weifang kite designs. Byanalyzingthfolkootatiosoftraditioalcolorslikered，green，andblue，ndikingthemwithtetechicalspctsof frame-makingand paintingcrafts，ituncovers the visual artistic features theyjointlycreate.Thestudyreveals thatthe culturalsymbolismofcolorsisexpressdthroughcraftmediumslikebambooframeworksand mineralpigments，creatinganar tisticoutcomethatmergesvisualimpactwithculturalsignificane.Onthisbasis，itexaminestheextractionpathofitscolor symbols in moderndesign，ofering theoretical reference for thecontemporary transformationof traditional crafts.
