Abstract： At present，therole of art education in the overalldevelopment of primaryand secondary school students is irreplaceable，forthebasicvisualelementsofolor，itsroleisfarbeyondthescopeofsimpleaesthetics，otonlytoaertain extentcanbemore intuitivelyaect people'semotions，butalsointheuderstandingof the growthof thecriticalmomentsto produceanindelibleimpact.Elementaryshoolisthestageofhidren'smentalandemotioalmaturityandhowttively usecolor inart teaching toawakenchildren'scolorsenses，express theiremotions，andexpandtheir tinkinghasbeenthe focus ofcross-disciplinaryresearch.Against thisbackground，thestudyfocusesonthemultifunctionalityofcolorinartteachingfor primaryschoolstudentsandexploresitstheoreticalbasisandmeansofimplementation，inthehopeofachievingthethoretical basis andoperationalmethods toimprovethelearningeffectofartforprimaryscholstudents，andtopromotethemtoachievea more balanced learning outcome.
