Abstract: At present,therole of art education in the overalldevelopment of primaryand secondary school students is irreplaceable,forthebasicvisualelementsofolor,itsroleisfarbeyondthescopeofsimpleaesthetics,otonlytoaertain extentcanbemore intuitivelyaect people'semotions,butalsointheuderstandingof the growthof thecriticalmomentsto produceanindelibleimpact.Elementaryshoolisthestageofhidren'smentalandemotioalmaturityandhowttively usecolor inart teaching toawakenchildren'scolorsenses,express theiremotions,andexpandtheir tinkinghasbeenthe focus ofcross-disciplinaryresearch.Against thisbackground,thestudyfocusesonthemultifunctionalityofcolorinartteachingfor primaryschoolstudentsandexploresitstheoreticalbasisandmeansofimplementation,inthehopeofachievingthethoretical basis andoperationalmethods toimprovethelearningeffectofartforprimaryscholstudents,andtopromotethemtoachievea more balanced learning outcome.
