Abstract：Thispaper examines strategiesfor modernizingthetraditional Chinesefive-colorsystemthrough Guofengilustration， aimingtobalanceaestheticheritageandvisualinnovation.Thefivecolors，asasymbolicandphilosophicalsystem，deserve deper，more structured reinterpretation. While widely used， Guofeng works often misread their meanings.This study proposes updated strategies to renew the contemporary vitality of traditional colors.
