基于应用型人才培养的微生物学实验教学体系改革

摘 要：微生物学实验是生物工程专业的一门重要的实践性课程，有助于培养学生的实践能力和综合素养。以南阳理工学院为例，本文分析了该校微生物学实验教学中存在的问题。基于学科建设以及应用型人才培养需要，本文从教学内容、教学方法、考核方式等方面进行探索和改革。

Abstract：Microbiology experiment is an essential practical course for bioengineering major，which helps to cultivate students’ practical skills and comprehensive quality.Taking Nanyang Institute of Technology as an example，the problems in the current teaching of microbiology experiments at the university were analyzed in the article.Based on the needs of discipline construction and applicationoriented talent cultivation，we explored and reformed from the aspects of teaching content，teaching methods，assessment methods，and so on.
