高校辅导员做好班级学风管理的“四群体四抓手”对策研究

摘 要 开展学风建设是高校辅导员的主要工作职责之一，针对当前高校普遍存在的学风问题，辅导员应该在班级学风管理中发挥学生干部、优秀学生典型、教师、家长四个群体的示范引导作用，通过建立班规班约、坚持早晚自习制度、制订大学规划单、组建学习帮扶小组四个有效手段培养优良学风，助力学生成长成才。

Research on the "Four Groups and Four Methods" Strategies for Counselors

to Manage Class Academic Atmosphere

Abstract The construction of academic atmosphere is one of the main responsibilities of college counselors. In response to the common problems of academic atmosphere in universities， counselors should enable student cadres， outstanding student models， teachers， and parents to play a demonstrative and guiding role in class academic atmosphere management. By establishing class rules and schedules， adhering to the morning and evening self-study system， formulating university planning sheets， and forming learning assistance groups， effective measures should be taken to cultivate a good academic atmosphere， Help students grow and become talented.
