Abstract:ThedevelopmentofnewqualityproductiveforcesputsforwardhigherrequirementsforChina’spostgraduate educationsystem.Thisstudyadoptstheduationalconceptofstudentcenteredleaing,mentor-teamguidanc,reseachproject engagement,andmulti-levelcolaborativetraining".Basedonthisconcept,a"four-in-one"postgraduatetrainingmodelhasben designedandimplementedntegating"deologicalandpoliticalducationacademictraining,cognitieevelopment,andpractal empowerment".Themodelstrengthensvalueorientationthroughmultidimensionalideologicaleducation,buildsasolidfoundation forresearchandinnovationthroughcontinuousacademictraining,broadensintemationalperspectivesbylinkingdomesticand globalresources,andenhancespracticalcompetencethroughreal-worldpractice.Together,thesemeasuresdirectlyaddresskey challngesingraduateeducationincludingthemismatchbetweesupplyanddemand,limitedinnovationcapacityandweak practicalskils.Thequalityofpostgraduateeducationcuivatedbasedonthismodelhassignificantlyimproved,whichhasalso enhanced'theoverallinnovativecapacityoftheeducationteaminvolved.Thisgraduatetrainingmodelcanprovidefeasibleideas andpathsforpromotingthedevelopmentofpostgraduateeducationtowards"high-qualitysupply,strongindustryadaptationand inovationdriven",andalsohascertainpracticalsignificanceformathinghighqualtyprofesionaltalentswiththedevepent of new quality productive forces in China.
