Abstract：ThedevelopmentofnewqualityproductiveforcesputsforwardhigherrequirementsforChina’spostgraduate educationsystem.Thisstudyadoptstheduationalconceptofstudentcenteredleaing，mentor-teamguidanc，reseachproject engagement，andmulti-levelcolaborativetraining".Basedonthisconcept，a"four-in-one"postgraduatetrainingmodelhasben designedandimplementedntegating"deologicalandpoliticalducationacademictraining，cognitieevelopment，andpractal empowerment".Themodelstrengthensvalueorientationthroughmultidimensionalideologicaleducation，buildsasolidfoundation forresearchandinnovationthroughcontinuousacademictraining，broadensintemationalperspectivesbylinkingdomesticand globalresources，andenhancespracticalcompetencethroughreal-worldpractice.Together，thesemeasuresdirectlyaddresskey challngesingraduateeducationincludingthemismatchbetweesupplyanddemand，limitedinnovationcapacityandweak practicalskils.Thequalityofpostgraduateeducationcuivatedbasedonthismodelhassignificantlyimproved，whichhasalso enhanced'theoverallinnovativecapacityoftheeducationteaminvolved.Thisgraduatetrainingmodelcanprovidefeasibleideas andpathsforpromotingthedevelopmentofpostgraduateeducationtowards"high-qualitysupply，strongindustryadaptationand inovationdriven"，andalsohascertainpracticalsignificanceformathinghighqualtyprofesionaltalentswiththedevepent of new quality productive forces in China.
