新工科背景下可持续建设课程体系改革探讨

Abstract:Inresponse tothechallengesposedbyglobalenvironmentalissesandtheadvancementof the"NewEnginering Disciplines"(NED)initiative,thisstudyaddressescriticalshortcomingsinthe"SustainableConstruction”currculumfor engineeringmanagement,includingoutdatedcontent,monotonouspedagogyrigidassessentmechanisms,andsuperfiialindustry academiacollaboration.Asystematicreformpathisproposed,featuringthestablishmentofa"rossdiscipliarydyamicand integrated"curiculumframework,theadoptionofimmersivepedagogicalapproaches,theimplementationofacomprehensive multi-dimensionalevaluationsystem,thecultivationofinterdisciplinaryfacultyteams,andtheenhancementofcollborative industry-academiapracticeplatforms.Resultsdemonstratethatthereformedcurriculumsignificantlyimprovesstudents' interdisciplinaryintegrationcapabilies,practicalinnovationskills,andcollborativecompetencies,whilefosteringarobust fedback-driventeachingevaluationmechanismanddepeningindustry-academiasynergies.Thefindingshighlightthatthisrefom modelalignswithNEDobjectivesandprovidesaviableframeworkforcultivatinghigh-qualityengineringmanagement professionals equipped to address complex engineering challenges through green and intellgent technologies.
